-You will be asked to wash your hands before entering the salon space.

-All guest New and Present will be asked to sign a Statement of Health prior to the beginning of service along with standard Wavier & Release, Payment Authorizations, & NDA if it is not already on file. Refusing to complete forms will result in a self chosen Cancellation and you will be added to the blacklist.
Kgoody Kollection has been Barbicide Certified and proper sanitation practices will be used before & between each service.

Q. When will I receive my order?

Items ordered at regular price are shipped within 2-3 Business Days. Items ordered during a SALE or PROMOTIONAL opportunity are shipped within 7-10 Business Days. Items ordered on BACK ORDER are shipped in 12-14 Business Days.

Q. How often should I use Kgoody Kollection Products?

Each products use is listed on each label, but here are more details that Kgoody feels will be helpful. 

The Rejuvenation & Growth Rue should be used NO MORE than ONCE every 8 weeks to get the greatest results using it too frequently can cause a change to your Hairs density. Make sure to evenly coat all of your hair and cover with a shower cap or upcycled grocery bag. If available sit under a hooded dryer for the first 20 minutes to  ensure your pore have opened to receive the vitamins. After the HOUR  has completed rinse your hair with cold water until the water runs clear. Follow up with Kgoody Kollection Leave In.

The Quenching Oil will render the best results if used 2-3 times per week directly on your scalp sparingly, because it is heavily concentrated. She suggest applying after exiting a HOT shower. You will  receive more benefit if it is NOT used in excess. Use the pads of your fingers to stimulate your scalp immediately after every application to help increase blood circulation.

The Quenching Cream will reap you the greatest rewards if used on the Hair follicles and or shafts and ends as a sealer and or aide with detangling. Excessive use on the scalp may cause adverse reactions.

The Leave In and Pre Poo can be used as needed with NO restrictions.

Can I use these Products with my children or if I have chemically treated Hair?

Absolutely! Kgoody Kollections Entire line is for use universally No one is left out. Men women children and even infants have used Kgoody Kollection Products with great results.

Q. My Quenching Cream was liquid when I recieved it, what should I do?

Do not worry, because Coconut Oil is used as Our chosen carrier with a low melting point. When stored in high heat it will liquefy.  This is normal for Organic Coconut Oil based products. A few minutes in the refrigerator will help quicken the solidification process if needed.

It is best to store ALL products in COOL DRY PLACES.

Q. Can I use the Quenching Oil or Cream on my skin?

Without a doubt! Kgoody Kollection products are all  100% Natural and are easily absorbed. Continued use can help strengthen Nails, assist with softening dry skin and even help moisturize and soften a dry and brittle beard. The Leave in can even be consumed and is quite yummy!

Q. Did you take walk-ins or last minute bookings?

Kgoody Kollection‚ĄĘ is currently ¬†Exclusively¬†a ‚Äúby appointment‚ÄĚ business to remain in compliance with the most current CDC guidelines and ¬†Barbicide Sanitation practices , therefore, last minute appointments and/or bookings can not be accommodated unless to fill a cancelation. We encourage you to call the person you intend to book your service with to be added to the "waitlist", if the time you need not list on the website. We also offer "House-Calls" at an additional cost for the Salon Service menu, all Spa services must be completed "In-House".

Q. Where do I find the address?

Because Kgoody Kollection‚ĄĘ is now¬†Exclusively¬†a ‚Äúby appointment‚ÄĚ Salon & Spa, also to ensure the safety of our Staff and Guest the location details are only given to those with a "CONFIRMED" and Scheduled appointment. ¬†This information can be found on BOTH your confirmation which you will receive immediately after your deposit is paid and reminder email that you will receive 24 hours prior to your scheduled service.

Q. Will I loose my deposit is I need to cancel, reschedule, of edit my booking?

¬†Remember, Kgoody Kollection‚ĄĘ is ¬†Exclusively¬†a ‚Äúby appointment‚ÄĚ, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to business and that of others whom seek our services. ¬†¬†

We hope that you will not need to cancel your appointment and do our best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you adhere to the listed cancellation policy.

Unless otherwise stated, Kgoody Kollection¬†‚ĄĘ¬†¬†requires a¬†24 hour notice for any cancellations¬†and rescheduling of appointments. With or without notice will result in forfeit of all Down payments and listed deposits.

Needs to cancel or reschedule outside of or within this time frame can and will result in a forfeit of your Deposit and/or Booking Fees and all payments previously assessed . Upon the 3rd instance of a late cancellation or ‚Äúno show‚ÄĚ you will be required to pre-pay for appointments, or you may gladly go to a walk in basis.

Q. Are services available for Kids?

At Kgoody ¬†¬†Kollection‚ĄĘ , our goal is to provide a relaxing adult atmosphere, offering an Exclusive Natural Hair Care and Mini Med Spa services menu ideally they are not offer to children without predetermined approval. No exceptions will be made without predetermine communication with a member of our Staff. If you do not adhere to this policy you will be asked to reschedule or your appointment will be cancelled please be advised.

Cancellation Policy

We hope that you will not need to cancel your appointment and do our best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you adhere to the cancellation policy. 

Unless otherwise stated, we require 24 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments. 

Needs to cancel or reschedule outside of or within this time frame will result in a forfeit of your $20 deposit and all other prepayments.  ALL SALES FINAL!
